Néctar’s Healthy Morning Bowl Recipe
INGREDIENTS*:
- 75gm Watermelon
- 75gm Pineapple
- 75gm Cantaloupe
- 75gm Papaya
- 35gm Mango
- 50gm Grapes
- 3 Strawberries
- 1 Kiwi
- 1 Banana
- Mint leaves (for garnish)
- ½ cup Yogurt
- ½ cup Granola
*or any seasonal fruit available
COOKING DIRECTIONS:
- Dice all fruit in 1” squares.
- Add yogurt.
- Add granola.
SERVING DIRECTIONS:
Place chopped fruit in a bowl, top with yogurt and sprinkle granola, garnish with mint leaves on top.
